Introduction to Electronic Ballast for T5/54 and PLL/55Watts Fluorescent Lamp This TDC Electronic Ballast is designed to drive one or two lamps of T5-54 Watts or PLL-55 Watts Fluorescent lamps. The input voltage is between 100 to 277 VAC. It is a top quality product to allow luminary manufacturers and users to produce elegant products with especially high efficiency and good light control features. It will increase the luminous flux and longer lamp life. This electronic ballast is extremely beneficial on both economically and professionally. Installation Notice . Connect the lamps according to the label, the ballast is supported to use to the lamps specified on the product label. . Connections of power wires must be fully insulated. . The installation of the electronic ballast must be carried out by a qualified electrician. . Isolate the main supply before installation of this product. . The electronic ballast can only be used to supply the specified fluorescent lamps. Replace lamps in time if the lamps have been too aging to operate. Turn off power supply before replacing lamps. . This electronic ballast can’t be used with a dimmer or in a dimming circuit. . The power of lamp should be the same with the indicated value of this product. Warning This product complies with Part 18 FCC rules. This electronic ballast may cause interference with radios, cordless telephone, or devices that use a wireless remote control. If interference occurs, move the product away from the device or plug either into a different outlet, or move the lamp out of the sight with the remote control receiver. This product could produce interference when used near 0.7V, radio, wireless remote control or maritime safety communication equipment, or other critical navigation of communication equipment operation between 0.45 to 30 MHz. If interference occur, move the lamp away from the appliance a distance of three feet or more, or plug the lamp or the appliance into a different outlet.

Objective The following test report is prepared on behalf of TDC Power Products Co., Ltd in accordance with Part 2, Subpart J, and Part 18, Subparts A, B, and C of the Federal Communication Commissions rules and regulations. The objective is to determine compliance with FCC rules. Related Submittal(s)/Grant(s) No Related Submittals. Test Methodology All measurements contained in this report were conducted with MP-5, FCC Methods of Measurements of Radio Noise Emissions from ISM Equipment, February 1986. All radiated and conducted emissions measurement was performed at Bay Area Compliance Laboratory Corp. The radiated testing was performed at an antenna-to-EUT distance of 3 Meters. Test Facility Test site at Bay Area Compliance Laboratory Corporation has been fully described in reports submitted to the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) and Voluntary Control Council for Interference (VCCI). The details of these reports has been found to be in compliance with the requirements of Section 2.948 of the FCC Rules on February 11 and December 10, 1997 and Article 8 of the VCCI regulations on December 25, 1997.
