Response to TCB Findings 1. When the device is in receive mode above 1GHz have peak readings taken and compared to 20dB above the average limits required by 15.35(b)? A peak detector was also utilized during testing above 1 GHz in the receive mode (the plots in the report were produced using this peak data). The product complied with the peak limits (20 dB above average) as required by 15.35 (b). 2. Has the device complied with the requirements of 15.31(e)? Yes. 138 VAC 914.6350 MHz -43.4dBm 120 VAC 914.6350 MHz -43.9dBm 102 VAC 914.6350 MHz -43.8dBm • Center channel, carrier only. 3. For conducted emissions test please confirm a 50ohm/50uH LISN was utilized. Per Setion 6.3.2 of the Test Report: Line Impedance Stabilizaton Network - EMCO - 3825/2r This is a dual, 50 Ohm/50 uH LISN 4. The labels are missing the "FCC ID" in front of the number. And the FCC logo should not be inserted into the label as the device is going through certification process. Please provide corrected label samples. The label has been corrected.
