Important: Your phone is a unibody device, so the back cover and battery are not removable. If your phone isn’t working normally, try to restart it by pressing and holding the Power key for at least 7 seconds until the startup screen appears. If your phone develops a serious error and can’t be restored by restarting it, you may need to restore factory settings by pressing and holding the Power key and Volume up key until the startup screen appears. Press the Volume up/down key to select “factory reset” in the system recovery menu and finally press the Power key to confirm. Please power off your phone before inserting or removing the SIM card. Insert the SIM card into the slot with the chip facing downwards until it is locked. To remove it, gently push the SIM card until it is unlocked. Installing the SIM Removing the SIM Connecting or removing the headset You must plug the headset adapter into your phone before connecting the headset.
