W hen installing your D-Mometer®232T please follow all of the recommendations: 1) Place on a clean, dry and level surface. ( not closer than 12 inches from the floor) Do Not place on floor. 2) Surface of shelf must be of approved surface and construction by FDA Food Code and your local Health Department’s rules and regulations. 3) Do Not install near sprinkle system heads , or fan , air conditioning fan . 4) Place in an area that can have a clear unobstructed view of the D-Mometer ®232T front, top and sides. 5) Do Not place in area or space that blocks or obstructs both sides and back of the device 6) Do Not have anything touching sides, top, or back. The D-Mometer® Repeater must have a minimum clearance of 3 inches on both sides and 4 inches on back. 7) Do Not place on door, moving parts, moving shelves, on top of food or food container. 8) plug in the Ac power adaptor into wall outlet and small end into the D-Mometer repeater device . Turn the device to the On position and then the device is ready to work . the top indictor lights will flash informing the user that the device is operating and communicating . Care and Maintenance For proper use and function of your D-Mometer Repeater please follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. 1) Check battery power adaptor on a regular basis (daily). 2) Make sure device is clean and dry. Do not expose to liquids. Do not expose to humidity. 3) Make sure there are no liquid or solid materials on or near device. 4) Wipe with soft towel and keep level. 5) Do not place any items on the D-Mometer ® Repeater. 7) Do not drop, or hit with any objects or cause damage to the D-Mometer ® Repeater. 8) Do not allow liquids to go inside the D-Mometer® Repeater Water or any liquid will damage the device and void the warranty. Installation and Use 3 9) Do not tamper with device, or open casing, remove or replace labels, stickers, wires or components. This will void warranty. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits of a class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
