Please provide detailed information to explain how the applicant prevents the end user from selecting the wrong country domain and operating the device at the channel that is not allowed in US. Ans #1: Though the channel may up to 14 but the user manual has indicated channel 1-11 is designed to be used in US; moreover, there are no information provided that user can select the frequency channel by themselves. So the information of user manual should be enough, please confirm. Question #2: The operational description provides very limited information. This device is using an ATMEL AT76C504A module and the reference design provided by ATMEL, please provide theory of operation of the 802.11b module . Ans #2: Please refer to the attached operational description of RF chip. Question #3: The test report indicates that the test was done during September 16-23, 2004, but page 41 of the test report shows the test equipment calibration was due on 7/25/2004. Please explain. Ans #3: Sorry, We forget to update the calibration date. Please refer to 2 the test report and the calibration report.
