NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to pro-vide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the user will be required to correct the interference at his own expense. The antennas used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least following distance from all persons and must not be located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. 20cm distance for the Omni Antenna INDUSTRY CANADA This Class A digital apparatus complies with Canadian ICES-003. Cet appareil numérique de la classe A est conforme à la norme NMB-003 du Canada. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device. To reduce potential radio interference to other users, the antenna type and its gain should be so chosen that the equivalent isotropically radiated power (e.i.r.p.) is not more than that permitted for successful communication. The device has been designed to operate with the antennas listed below and having a maximum gain of 6dBi. Antennas not included in this list or having a gain greater than 6 dBi are strictly prohibited for use with this device. The required antenna impedance is 50 ohms This device must be professionally installed and is designed for for outdoor point-to-point wireless links.

There appears to be conducted emissions that were not measured during the radiated testing. Please confirm that these conducted emissions were not seen during the radiated spurious emissions testing. <Confirmed, the conducted emissions were not found during radiated spurious testing.> 2.The internal pictures are blurred. Please retake these pictures so that individual components are clearly seen. <Please refer to revised file Internal Photos_Rev1.pdf> 3.The RF safe distance and the listed antennas are incorrect in the User manual. <Please refer to revised file User_guide_M5B_Rev1.pdf> 4.Editorial errors on page 47 of 99 under test procedures. <Please refer to revised report EMCS82071B-FCC247_Rev1.pdf> 5.The units listed in the distance correction columns in the radiated spurs sections are incorrect. Also, the raw amplitude column needs units. <Please refer to revised report EMCS82071B- FCC247_Rev1.pdf > 6.RF conducted spurious emissions seems to have been performed conducted. However, the test procedures state that it was measured radiated. Please correct this typo. <Please refer to revised report EMCS82071B-FCC247_Rev1.pdf > 7.The theory of operation document calls the unit “the M2G”. This appears to be a typo. <Please refer to revised file block_theory_M5B_Rev1.pdf> IC RT: 1.The IC label is incorrect. It should read “IC: xxx” and not “IC ID: xxx”. <Customer is aware and will update label. > 2. The RF evaluation in the IC package should list General Public Use. <Please refer to revised form 82071 Ubiquiti Networks - IC Package_M5B_Rev1.doc > 3. Please refer to the check sheet for the correct worst case transmitter and receiver spurs. <Please refer to revised form 82071 Ubiquiti Networks - IC Package_M5B_Rev1.doc > All revised documents have been saved in the appropriate folders.
