Could you kindly either send the photos in *.jpg format or (this is preferred) convert to *.pdf format and upload to the AmericanTCB website. 2.) It appears that a biconical antenna was used for measurements of the fundamental emission at 27.145 MHz. This is no longer allowed by FCC. Kindly confirm your measurements made at 27.145MHz using a loop antenna as specified in ANSI C63.4. The specific ruling from FCC concerning this measurement decision is included for your reference (see attachment). William H. Page 1 of 1 Description of EUT Operation: Sample Description: HERBIE RF REMOTE CONTROL TRANSMITTER (27.145MHZ) FCC ID (if applicable): SZ23411T27 The Equipment-Under-Test (EUT) is a battery-operated hand-held / portable RF transmitter for remote controlling the movements of an electric toy vehicle, with retractable integrated antenna. The carrier frequency is fixed at 27.145 MHz. The command signals are amplitude-modulated. The EUT will continuously transmit the unmodulated carrier once the batteries are installed and if no other control switches on the front panel are pressed. It has the following control switches on its front panel: - The Forward/Reverse moving shifter button; - The Left/Right Steering shifter button; - The left and right vehicle body upward tilt buttons - The front and rear wheel “hydraulic” shifter sticks - The Horn button; - The start engine button; - The Reset Hydraulic Button.
