1 USER Manual for UP-90 USB Phone Driver installation: 1. Insert the UP-90 driver into your CD-ROM. 2. You now should see the menu page (see diagram 1). Please click “Install USB Phone Driver (needed)”. Please click this to install driver. (Diagram 1) 3. The driver will start to preparing to install and will show “window Installer” page (see diagram 2). (Diagram 2) 2 4. The driver will take you to “Welcome to the USB Phone Driver Setup Wizard” (See diagram 3) , and click “Next” to continue (Diagram 3) 5. The driver will take you to “Select Installation Folder” (See diagram 4). click “Next” button to continue. (Diagram 4) 3 6. The “Confirm Installation” page will show, (see diagram 5) Click the “Next” button to start installation. (Diagram 5) 7. You now should see the page to show the installing process. (Diagram 6) ( Diagram 6) 4 8. After the installation completed the page show (See the Diagram 7). Click “Close” Button to finish. (Diagram 7) 9. The page will show to prompt you to re-start the computer. Please click “Yes” Button to restart the computer. 5 Activate the UP-90 USB Phone Plug your UP-90 into the USB port on your PC. Once Skype, Net2phone ,MSN Messenger, SJ phone or X-Lite has been installed, the UP-90 USB phone is activated. An icon will appear on the bar at the right bottom of the Windows: Double click the circle icon on the above picture and the program window pop up: Select Skype. 6 Press the [Start] button at the bottom of the UP-90 USB phone. The window of Skype softphone pop up: 7 Press the [Down] button to scroll the contact list, when you reach the name at the bottom, please press [Down] and hold on at least 2 seconds until going back to the first name. 8 To make a call 1. Make a call to a person on the contact list: Select the name you want to call and press [OK] button. The phone call will be initiated. To terminate the call, just hang up the phone. 9 2.To move to the other tabs, please press [Start] button. 10 3. Make a call to Public Telephone Network (Charged Service provided by service provider: Move to the dialling pad of the softphone and press the buttons on the keypad of “UP-90” as if dialling through normal phone and press [OK] button.
