MUSIC TRANSMITTER USERβS MANUAL Main features: - Attractive color to match iPod (Yellow/Blue /Green/ White / Pink) - Transmits wirelessly any MP3 /MP4/MD/iPod/DVD/VCD/CD player NOTEBOOK/PC music to car radio system or to home hi-fi system - Transmit distance: 3~10m (depending on customer requirement) - Frequency: 4 channels (88.1/ 88.3/88.5/88.7) - Digital sound quality - Powered by one AAA rechargeable NiMh battery Description: 1. Connection plug 2. Frequency switch 3. On-off switch 4. Status LED 5. 5 V DC adapter jack 6. Battery compartment Connecting with MP3 player 1. Insert one AAA battery into the battery compartment 2. Insert the supplied connection cable into MPFREE connection plug (1). 3. Insert the other side jack into the headset plug of MP3 player. Listening to music 1. Turn on car stereo (or any other stereo on which you would like to hear your MP3 player music), frequency FM 88.3 2. Turn on MPFREE, slide on off switch (3); LED (4) will turn on 3. Turn on your MP3 player and push PLAY button. 4. Check signal quality. In case quality is not satisfactory try to switch car stereo to FM 88.1, then slide frequency switch on MPFREE on 88.3. If still not satisfactory, try 88. 5 or 88.7 Important safety information: 1. We suggest to use the supplied rechargeable battery or a good quality dry Alkaline equivalent battery. A poor quality battery will affect the sound quality and hurt our product because of the inside resistance of battery is higher than our standard one. 2. Once battery low, it will the sound quality will be affected. As well, it will be more difficult to cover a radio station who disturbs the same frequency. As a result, the sound will not be clear enough. 3. In case of car usage, the sound quality also depends on speed. On an average 90 Km/h speed, there is no problem found. In case of higher speed, there might be some noise caused by difficult transmission. 4. There is an antenna inside the plastic case. Itβs very important to handle the unit with care because the antenna can be easily damaged. Also, when the unit is in the hand, there is a human body antenna effect, so the sound could be modified in case the unit is separated from human body. Itβs a natural effect which cannot be modified. 5. The battery could only be charged through car or USB charger. Any higher voltage would damage the internal circuit.
