The only difference between the two units is the size of the LCD. (9.2 vs 15.4 in) The devices transmits the DVD audio to the auto FM radio on a user selectable frequency (every 200kHz) between 88.1 MHz to 89.9 MHz. The lab has verified that the device will not tune outside of the above frequencies. The devices meet the average and peak radiated emissions requirements of 15.239 The BW is less than 200kHz, verified on L-M-H frequencies Out of band emissions are below 15.209 The devices were tested on a turntable in a chamber The devices were tested on 88.1, 88.9 and 89.9 MHz The devices are installed by attaching a bracket to the interior, and then attaching the DVD player to the bracket The units were tested while playing a typical DVD movie The antenna of the devices is integral and is a coil Best Regards, Dw8 Response: The data passes the permit but ask.
