Depending on your responses, kindly understand there may be additional comments. 1.) Please note that many of the documents for which Confidentiality are requested are not normally permitted without significant justification. It is impossible for the ‘FCC ID Artwork’, ‘Label Location’ and application ‘Form 731’ to ever be considered for confidential treatment. It is also highly unlikely that the Commission would ever approve confidentiality for ‘Internal Photographs’ either without a substantial rationale. Kindly consider revisions to your Confidentiality Request letter. 2.) Please provide a ‘Tune Up’ document as required by 2.1033(c)(9). For this case, a description of how and to what tolerance the power is adjusted during manufacturing will be sufficient. This document can be held confidential if properly listed on the Confidentiality Request letter. 3.) Please provide the DC currents and DC voltages into the final output stage as required by 2.1033(c)(8) for both the 121 and 406 MHz radio sections. 4.) Because of the complexity of this filing, it would be appreciated if a summary sheet be provided indicating the page numbers or report sections that specifically correspond to 2.1046 through 2.1055 of the Rules.
