Depending on your responses, kindly understand there may be additional comments. 1.) Your Form 731 should show the transmitter frequency range from the center frequency of the lowest operating channel to the center frequency of the highest channel. At the same time, can you verify the desired frequency tolerance? We can use it, but it may not be a realistic. Please confirm. 2.) The MPE Exhibit uses a distance of 40cm (page 7). This is incorrect. Please review and correct with a calculated distance of 20cm. 3.) Please provide a detailed Block Diagram of the workings of the RF module. 4.) Please review your Internal Photographs. We must have the top and bottom of all PWB. Please indicate the location of the RF circuit within this product. 5.) Please provide a proposed Label for this device. 6.) Please indicate where I can find the voltage and current into the final amplification circuit as required by 2.1033(c)(8). 7.) Please provide a Tune Up exhibit. Be sure to include information on production line output power tolerance. 8.) Please expand your Operational Description to include the workings of the RF circuitry. Ideally, we need to have a description of how this device creates, modulates and amplifies RF energy. 9.) It is not clear if the schematics for the RF portion of this product are included. Kindly help me locate this exhibit by page number. 10.) The Manual does not contain any of the required regulatory compliance information. Please review and correct. 11.) FYI: For the future, kindly remember to obtain all Agent Authorization letters on Applicant letterhead. 12.) Is the radiated and conducted power output values shown peak or average? 13.) Please provide details on the ERP/EIRP measurements. This should include items such as cable loss, ACF, generator levels, etc. A detailed diagram of the substitution test setup would be helpful. 14.) Are there any provisions for connection to a computer? If so, them a Class B Certification may also apply. Please review. William H.
