Users Manual

23UL-RF+EMW200TK (E), P1/3 Instruction Manual for RF Remote Socket and Transmitter Ref: 23UL/RF + EMW200TK Function 1. The remote control socket (23UL/RF) turns on and off the connected lighting or appliance by a wireless transmitter (EMW200TK) using radio frequency up to 25 meters away. 2. It is ideal for controlling lighting for the purposes of home automation and energy saving. 23UL/RF EMW200TK Operation 1. Connect the remote control socket to the mains power supply. 2. Press the corresponding “ON”, “OFF” buttons on the transmitter to switch on and off the connected appliance by remote control. 3. The indicator on the receiver blink once for every reception of power on/off Warning: 1. For safety reason, always switch off your appliance before connection. 2. Appliances to be connected to the remote control socket MUST NOT exceed the voltage and frequency ratings as in “Specifications”. 3. Changes or modifications to this unit not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. 4. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and , if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. Operational Description

Operation theory This Transmitter is with 1 ON/OFF channel to control appliance’s on/off. Transmitter: By pressing any of the button key on the Transmitter, the internal transmission system will scan the button’s circuit status by the IC , first confirm which button was pressed, then, transmit correspondence signals to the appointed location. The CPU’s Transmission instruction is through the output port, send the message to the digital port, adjust to the transmission mode into the high frequency mode, 315MHz, and forms the wireless radio wave frequency, and send out the frequency through PCB. Releasing the button, the transmitter will stop emission immediately. The following figure shows an ON/OFF operates.
