Nokia Solutions and Networks Tel: (972) 374-3000 6000 Connection Drive Fax: (972) 374-3252 Irving, Texas 75039 August 7 th , 2014 To whom it may concern: This is a request to hold the internal photos and user manual for FCC ID: VBNFWIB-01 under long term confidentiality. The transmitter is a Base Station where access is controlled and only available to trained personnel. Please note that the internal photos are being asked to be confidential under the FCC guidelines that this is a non-consumer device (Base Station) and is inaccessible to the general public due to the location of the device and it is only serviceable by the licensee or his designated technicians. The user manual is being requested to be confidential under the FCC guidelines that the manual is very technical and is not provided to the general public. The user manual contains proprietary information required for trained installers to commission the base station. The user manual will be used by the licensee or his designated technicians only. Nokia Solutions and Networks have spent substantial effort in developing this product and it is one of the first of its kind in industry. Having the subject information easily available to “competition” would negate the advantage they have achieved by developing this product. Not protecting the details of design will result in financial hardship. Sincerely, __________________________________________ ________________________ (Signature/Title) (Printed name)

The compliance is shown in Table 1-1 via the compliance boundary of the configuration according to EN50383 (section 5.2). Flexi Zone Micro small cell, Directional configuration (1) consists of a Blue Tooth (BT) antenna (Laird WXC2400SMRP-NS1) and a directional antenna (20131014 Argon antenna version A). Details of the configuration are given in section 4. Flexi Zone Micro small cell, Directional configuration (1) is compliant with the cited standards at every point outside the compliance boundary (CB). Provisions have to be taken to guarantee that no public access is possible to regions within the compliance boundaries. Warnings and information have to be provided (see Annex C). The results of this assessment report refer exclusively to the item described in section 4 of this report The compliance boundaries for general public are given in Table 1-1. The assignment of the boundaries of the compliance region is displayed in Figure 1-1 and Figure 1-2.
