Attestation Letter Date: August 29, 2014 FCC ID: VBNFZMBTM-01 IC ID: 661W- FZMBTM01 To Whom It May Concern, Nokia Solutions and Networks states the LTE transmitter is being Certified with the FCC and IC using the same output powers and antenna gain shown in the EME Assessment exhibits submitted in this filing.
W66 N220 Commerce Court, Cedarburg, Wisconsin 53012-2636 BUS 262.375.4400 FAX 262.375.4248 www.lsr.com To Whom It May Concern: LS Research has submitted a new product for full modular certification with trace design conditions under: FCC ID: VBNFZMBTM-01 IC: 661W-FZMBTM01 This letter is a clarification of the purpose and content of the application. The NSN module is based on LSRβs Bluetooth 4.0 compliant module TiWi-uB2 (FCC ID: TFB-BT1 and IC: 5969A-BT1) which contains the classic Bluetooth FHSS and Low Energy mode as a DTS device. The NSN BT Module which will be only implemented internally by NSN (not intended for sale as a module) as seen in supporting exhibits. This Bluetooth module will also be intended for use co-located with another transmitter under FCC ID: VBNFWIB-01 IC: 661W-FWIB Although the transmitters will not normally be transmitting simultaneously the possibility exists and therefore RF Exposure Exhibits have been submitted to show the conditions for which the device will be used and how the co-located transmitters are compliant. Also, as noted in the exhibit, the Bluetooth module as a stand-alone device is exempt from RF Evaluation. If there are any questions regarding the application please feel free to contact us. Sincerely, Adam Alger EMC Engineer LS Research W66N220 Commerce Ct. Cedarburg, WI 53012
