Operational Description

Operation instruction CE6904 is a DVD/USB with Bluetooth car video product. The main work principle can divided into six parts: the power part, the control part, the DVD/USB decoder part, TFT part, the audio/video ,navigation part and the Bluetooth part. The power part produce the power for the product. It transforms the 12V supplied by the car battery to different voltages like 3.3V ,5V, 9V and so on. The control part takes charge of the control of the product which uses STM8 as its MCU. The MCU takes charge of some parts including Keys AD sampling, power management, bus mastering, Tuner controlling and so on. The DVD/USB decoder part takes charge of the DVD MECH decoding the audio/video signals from DVD MECH and USB. It also communicates with TFT part IC (ARM11 PRIMA) using UART and MCU using IIC. It controls the audio/video signals. The TFT part with one MPU takes charge of system control and TFT display, communicate with MPEG Decoder (ZR966) , MCU (STM8), Bluetooth module (CK5000New) via UART and communicate with GPS module(GRF3i+) via SPI and so on. All of the audio signals produced by the audio processor IC(TDA7419), then these audio signals flow to the power AMP IC(TB2929) , finally connecting with the car speakers. Navigation part include GPS module (GRF3i+) and map SW in micro-SD card, this part is controlled by MPU(ARM11 PRIMA). The Bluetooth part used CK5000New module.
