Snooze Trigger snooze alarm BATTERY INSTALLATION Home Receiver : Lift off the battery cover at the back, install 3 pcs AA batteries according to the polarity indicated, close the battery cover. Remote Sensor : Lift off the bracket stand, loose the 4 screws with a small screwdriver, insert 2 pcs AAA batteries according to the polarity indicated. C/F button: Select viewing C or F MAX/MIN button: Press to trigger a manual transmission After selecting the desired modes, replace the cover and tighten the 4 screws. SETTING UP THE WIRELESS THERMOMETER: z For the first installation, always insert batteries to the home unit and then the remote sensor. The home unit will start to seek for a sensor . The outdoor temperature section will flash during channel registration. Press the CH key will disable the registration mode and go to radio controlled clock reception mode. z Always set the first sensor to CH 1. Maximum three sensors can be registered. One sensor is included in this package. z To verify transmission, press the MAX/MIN button of the remote sensor. The red LED on the remote sensor will flash when it transmit a signal. Temperature of the remote sensor will be updated and displayed on the remote sensor. z When replacing batteries for the remote sensor, remember to clear the corresponding channel of the home unit in this way: select the jumper on the board of sensor. CLOCK & CALENDAR SETTING Hold “ SET “ button for 3 seconds to enter clock set. Using “ + , - “ to adjust and “ SET ” to confirm, the following values can be set in sequence: Year > Month > Date > Week date language> Hour > Minutes > ZONE Time,(Enter + /- 12 hr in hour offset for different time zones, leave offset to 0 for home time) Viewing month ,date, week date mode: .In normal display mode, shot press “ alarm” key once, view month, date , week day. And 5 seconds will return normal mode. Alarm mode: .In normal display, shot press “ alarm” key twice, view alarm time, AL1, AL2, Normal. .In normal display, shot press “ +” key , turn on alarm function .In Alarm mode, press “ Alarm” key 3 seconds, enter alarm setting. . TEMPERATURE TREND INDICATORS The small arrow icons will indicate: Rising, Steady, Falling. Refresh rate is every hour. Wheather trend indicators: Rising Steady Falling Temperature trend indicators: Rising Steady Falling MOON PHASE All 8 moons appear, existing moon phase flash at 1 Hz A: New Moon B: Waxing Crescent C: First Quarter D: Waxing Gibbous E: Full Moon F: Waning Gibbous G: Last Quarter H: Waning Crescent ALARM 1, ALARM 2 SETTING Select AL 1( ) or AL 2() by pressing the AL key. Hold “ AL “ for 3 seconds. Press “ +, - “ to enter the desired value and press “AL “ to confirm setting. To view alarm time 1 and 2, simply press “AL” button to read AL 1( ) and AL 2(). The alarm time will display for 5 seconds and resume to normal clock thereafter. To turn AL 1( ), AL 2() on and off, press “ + (bell) “ button The unit will provide Crescendo Alarm which last for 2 minutes. Snooze - When the main unit is alarming, pres the “Snooze/Light” button, the alarm is stopped, Meanwhile the snooze icon will appear on the LCD display. - After 5 minutes, the main unit will be alarm again until the alarm will turn off. LOW BATTERY INDICATION Low battery indication is available for the home unit itself and all of the remote channels. Replace the batteries and follow the setup procedure as mentioned in this instruction manual.
