February 14th, 2008 NEC Corporation of America RCSD 2816 Towerview Rd. Herndon, VA 20171 To Whom It May Concern: "All of the circuitry in each of the NEC Model H2600 5.8 GHz Out Door Units (ODUs) is identical except for mechanical filters installed at the time of manufacture" The preceding statement is in reference to the NLite L 5.8 GHz radio (TRP-6GAA-25, NEC part # H2600). The six variants of the NEC 5.8 GHz ODU (H2600) (SubBand A Low, SubBand A High, SubBand B Low, SubBand B High, SubBand C Low and SubBand C High) are physically identical except for mechanical filters installed in the ODU at the time of manufacture. The ODU is then sealed at the factory and it's subband identified with a placard attached to the unit. Mark Cowles Senior Project Engineer RCSD NEC Corporation of America
