Alex: The test report has been updated 2--The plots provided on pages 14 and 15 of the report show band edge emissions in a 100kHz RBW. If the intent is to meet the 15.249 band edge 50dBc requirement then none of the plots provided demonstrate that the EUT is compliant. Alternatively if 15.209 is being used to demonstrate compliance then the requirement is per MHz and 100KHz plots provided will not meet the requirements when the additional 10log(MHz/KHz) is added to the band edge emissions. Also note that if 15.209 is being used for the band edge emissions then the requirement is both peak and average due to the restricted bands. In addition the test report should indicated that spectrum analyzer settings below 1GHz are 100KHz and 300KHz RBW and VBW. The report indicates that only 1MHz and 3MHz RBW and VBW were used. Alex: The report has been updated with the correct plots 3--The label is making use of the FCC logo of which this device is not subject to the DoC requirements and should not be used with this product. This also appears in the user’s manual. Client: I was under the impression that we could use the FCC logo as we have in the past when completing identical testing with Compliance Testing? Why is this a different case? What logo / markers do we use to indicate compliance? SM_The logo shouldn’t have been on any of your products in the past as this device is not subject to the DoC requirements. Client: Will correct. 4--Please note that RF exposure is not applicable to this product. Alex: Noted 5--The block diagram is missing from this application. Diana: I extracted block diagram from theory of operation. 6--The user’s manual indicates that the devices frequency range is 2400-2463 which is inconsistent with the test report. Also the user’s manual indicates that the channels are 1Mhz wide however the measured channel bandwidth per the test report demonstrates that the bandwidths are around 500kHz. We have removed specific frequency and bandwidth references other than mentioning that the radio transmits in the 2.4 GHz band. CT - Response by: Submitted by: Date:
