Radiated transmit power must be equal to or lower than that specified in the Equipment Authorization. A separate approval is required for all other antenna type, or higher gain antenna. As long as 3 conditions above are met, further transmitter test will not be required. However, the OEM integrator is still responsible for testing their end-product for any additional compliance requirements required with this module installed IMPORTANT NOTE: In the event that these conditions can not be met (for example certain laptop configurations or co-location with another transmitter), then the FCC authorization is no longer considered valid and the FCC ID can not be used on the final product. In these circumstances, the OEM integrator will be responsible for re-evaluating the end product (including the transmitter) and obtaining a separate FCC authorization. End Product Labeling This transmitter module is authorized only for use in device where the antenna may be installed such that 20 cm may be maintained between the antenna and users. The final end product must be labeled in a visible area with the following: “Contains FCC ID: WS2-WG1300B0”. The grantee's FCC ID can be used only when all FCC compliance requirements are met. …

The modular transmitter must have its own RF shielding. The module is equipped with its own shielding case. 2. The modular transmitter must have buffered modulation / data inputs. The module has buffer modulation / data inputs. 3. The modular transmitter must have its own power supply regulation. The module has its own power supply regulation. 4. The module must contain a permanently attached antenna, or contain a unique antenna connector, and be marketed and operated only with specific antenna(s), The requirements of antenna and spurious emission have been fulfilled. Please refer to the test report and the integrator instruction of this filing. 5. The modular transmitter must be tested in a stand-alone configuration. The module was tested on evaluation board, and it’s not inside of another device during testing 6. The modular transmitter must be labeled with its own FCC ID number. The module transmitter will be labeled with its own FCC ID, and for OEM integration the integration manual contains labeling instructions for the host device per Part 15.212 (vi) 7. The modular transmitter must comply with any specific rule or operating requirements applicable to the transmitter and the manufacturer must provide adequate instructions along with the module to explain any such requirements. The module approved transmitter complies with all applicable rules and the integration manual contains any specific requirements addressed to the integrator and/or to the end-user of the final end-product. 8. The modular transmitter must comply with any applicable RF exposure requirement. With the dedicated antenna (2.5 dBi) the module transmitter complies with the FCC RF exposure requirements for fixed and mobile applications.

Single Modular Transmitter. Power listed is maximum conducted output power. This module can only be used with a host antenna circuit trace layout design in strict compliance with the OEM instructions provided.Approval is limited to OEM installation only. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed applications. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20cm from all persons and must not transmit simultaneously with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. OEM integrators must be provided with antenna installation instructions and labeling requirements for finished products. OEM integrators and end-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This grant is valid only when the device is sold to OEM integrators and the OEM integrators are instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. Separate approval is required for all other operating configurations, including portable configurations with respect to 2.1093 and different antenna configurations.
