Der Anwender muss die Anweisungen vollständig verstehen und den Anweisungen genau Folge leisten. Das Produkt darf nur entsprechend dem Verwendungszweck verwendet werden. Gebrauchsanweisung nicht entsorgen. Aufbewahrung und ordnungsgemäße Verwendung durch die Nutzer sicherstellen. Nur geschultes und fachkundiges Personal darf dieses Produkt verwenden. Lokale und nationale Richtlinien, die dieses Produkt betreffen, befolgen (z. B. IEC 60079-14). Nur geschultes und fachkundiges Personal darf das Produkt wie in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung und dem Technischen Handbuch (Bestellnr. 90 33 742) beschrieben überprüfen, reparieren und instand halten (siehe Kapitel auf Seite 12). Instandhaltungsarbeiten, die in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung nicht beschrieben sind, dürfen nur von Dräger oder von durch Dräger geschultem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden. Dräger empfiehlt, einen Service-Vertrag mit Dräger abzuschließen. Für Instandhaltungsarbeiten nur Original-Dräger-Teile und -Zubehör verwenden. Sonst könnte die korrekte Funktion des Produkts beeinträchtigt werden. Fehlerhafte oder unvollständige Produkte nicht verwenden. Keine Änderungen am Produkt vornehmen. Dräger bei Fehlern oder Ausfällen vom Produkt oder von Produktteilen informieren. Das Ersetzen von Bauteilen kann die Eigensicherheit des Geräts beeinträchtigen. Sicherheitsbezogene Informationen 4 de Fehlerhafte Justierung Bei einer fehlerhaften Justierung kommt es zu fehlerhaften Messwerten. ► Die Empfindlichkeit muss täglich vor der ersten Verwendung mit einer bekannten Konzentration des zu messenden Gases entsprechend 25 bis 50 % des Konzentrationsendwertes geprüft werden. Die Genauigkeit muss 0 bis +20 % des tatsächlichen Wertes betragen. Die Genauigkeit kann durch eine Justierung korrigiert werden. 1.2 Sicherheitshinweise zum Explosionsschutz Geräte oder Bauteile, die in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen genutzt werden und nach nationalen, europäischen oder internationalen Explosionsschutz- Richtlinien geprüft und zugelassen sind, dürfen nur unter den in der Zulassung angegebenen Bedingungen und unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen eingesetzt werden. Sauerstoffangereicherte Atmosphäre In sauerstoffangereicherter Atmosphäre (>21 Vol.-% O 2 ) ist der Explosionsschutz nicht gewährleistet. ► Gerät aus dem explosionsgefährdeten Bereich entfernen. Explosionsgefahr! ► Das Gasmessgerät nicht in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen öffnen. Spezifische Einsatzbedingungen Unter bestimmten extremen Umständen können freiliegende Kunststoffteile und nicht geerdete Metallteile des Gehäuses ein entzündliches Niveau an elektrostatischer Ladung speichern. Tätigkeiten wie das Tragen des Geräts in einer Tasche oder an einem Gurt, das Bedienen des Tastenfelds oder das Reinigen mit einem feuchten Tuch stellen keine signifikante elektrostatische Gefahr dar. Wird jedoch ein Statik erzeugender Mechanismus wie wiederholtes Reiben an Kleidung identifiziert, sind geeignete Vorsichtsmaßnahmen zu treffen, z. B. die Verwendung von antistatischer Kleidung und antistatischem Schuhwerk. Differences of Pac 6500, Pac 8000 and Pac 8500 with Bluetooth option. The hardware of Pac 6500, Pac 8000 and Pac 8500 is almoast identical. The only difference is the assembled sensor (gas measurement) and a sensor specific resistor network on the PCB. The electrodes of the different sensors require specific voltage levels in a mV range. This is realized by a sensor specific resistor network. The power consumption and the Bluetooth communication is not affected. The housing and the Bluetooth module is identical in all Pac devices.
