Se non viene instaurata nessuna connessione, il rilevatore gas disattiva l’interfaccia dopo 10 minuti (impostazione di fabbrica). 4.2.2 Attivazione dell’interfaccia Bluetooth ® ●Attivare l’interfaccia Bluetooth ® con la penna magnetica o con la rete ISA100 Wireless ™ : ●Penna magnetica: toccare il simbolo (fig. In aree a rischio di esplosione, sull’antenna possono generarsi scintille infiammabili causate da scariche elettrostatiche. ►Non installare l’antenna in aree a rischio di esplosione soggette a fenomeni intensi di induzione elettrostatica, ovvero in cui vi è la presenza di particelle in rapido movimento o il trasporto pneumatico di polveri. AVVERTENZA Pericolo di esplosione! Nelle aree a rischio di esplosione da polvere sull’alloggiamento e sulla testa di misurazione possono generarsi scintille infiammabili causate da scariche elettrostatiche. ►Non installare il rilevatore di gas in aree a rischio di esplosione da polvere, soggette a fenomeni intensi di induzione elettrostatica, ovvero in cui vi è la presenza di particelle in rapido movimento o il trasporto pneumatico di polveri. 5.1 Installazione del rilevatore gas – Installazione senza accessori di montaggio Il rilevatore gas viene installato perpendicolarmente a una superficie piana. Per l’installazione con gli accessori di montaggio vedere le relative istruzioni di montaggio. Requisiti: – è stato selezionato un luogo di installazione idoneo (vedere "Informazioni sulla sicurezza", paragrafo "Installazione meccanica", pag. 69). ATTENZIONE Pericolo di esplosione! Il rilevatore gas non è stato testato in ambienti con un elevato tenore di ossigeno (> 21% O 2). ►Non utilizzare il rilevatore gas in ambienti con un elevato tenore di ossigeno. Rimuovere la chiusura protettiva presente sull’attacco dell’antenna (fig. A 3). 2. Avvitare l’antenna sull’attacco e serrare a mano. 5.3 Installazione dell’antenna remota 1. Rimuovere la chiusura protettiva presente sull’attacco dell’antenna (fig. A 3). 2. Avvitare il cavo dell’antenna sull’attacco e serrare a mano. 3. Selezionare un luogo di installazione, in cui è possibile garantire una trasmissione di segnale senza interferenze. L’antenna deve essere posta in verticale ed essere rivolta verso l’alto. 4. Collocare l’angolare di montaggio nel luogo in cui deve essere installata l’antenna remota. 5. Posare il cavo dell’antenna. 6. Avvitare l’antenna remota all’estremità del cavo dell’antenna e serrare a mano. 5.4 Installazione del sensore Se il rilevatore gas è già attivato e occorre sostituire un sensore presente, vedere "Sostituzione del sensore", pag. 82. Per informazioni specifiche consultare la scheda tecnica del sensore. Requisiti: – il rilevatore gas è installato. Installare il sensore: 1. Allentare la vite di arresto (fig. B 2). 2. Svitare l’anello a baionetta (fig. B 3). 3. Rimuovere la piastrina di chiusura. 4. Inserire il sensore (fig. B 4) nell’apertura, in modo tale che il logo Dräger sia orientato verso la marcatura presente sull’alloggiamento (fig. B 5). 5. Assicurare il sensore con l’anello a baionetta. 6. Avvitare la vite di arresto. Prescritto per le installazioni in zona 22. 7. Se necessario, applicare sul rilevatore gas l’etichetta contenuta nel volume di fornitura del sensore. Con l’etichetta è possibile riconoscere quale tipo di gas viene misurato anche in caso di un’interruzione di corrente elettrica. 6 Installazione elettrica 6.1 Collegamento dell’alimentazione elettrica via cavo Per informazioni sulle specifiche del cavo o i parametri di funzionamento vedere "Dati tecnici", a pagina 84. Requisiti: –Aree a rischio di esplosione: l’alimentazione elettrica è a opera di una barriera Zener che garantisce la sicurezza intrinseca del rilevatore gas. Per il collegamento della barriera Zener prestare attenzione alla massima capacità e induttività della linea.
