Š Phoenix Contact Data sheet The NearFi coupler transmits power and real-time Ether- net data contactlessly over an air gap in the centimeter range. For contactless transmission, you will need at least two devices: a base and one or more remote couplers. The base coupler transmits the energy inductively to the remote coupler. Ethernet transmission is bidirectional between the base and the remote. In maintenance-intensive applications, such as tool changes on robots, this enables wear-prone connections to be replaced easily and minimizes downtime costs. The base and remote couplers are both available in three versions: âPower and data transmission (NEARFI PD...) âOnly power transmission (NEARFI P...) âOnly data transmission (NEARFI D...) Das Gerät darf nur an Geräte angeschlossen werden, die die Bedingungen der Klasse ES1 nach EN/IEC 62368-1 erfĂźllen. â˘Dimensionieren und sichern Sie die primär- und sekundärseitige Verdrahtung ausreichend. â˘Beachten Sie die Spannungsverluste auf der Leitung. Die Geräte kĂśnnen bei Unterspannung nicht mehr funktionieren. â˘Die Anschlussparameter wie z. B. die erforderlichen Abisolierlängen fĂźr die Verdrahtung entnehmen Sie den Installationshinweisen zum jeweiligen feldseitigen Rundsteckverbinder. â˘Die Parallelschaltung von mehreren Remote-Kopplern ist nicht zulässig. Einsatzort â˘Das Druckgussgehäuse und die geräteseitigen Rundsteckverbinder erfĂźllen die Schutzart IP65. â˘VerschlieĂen Sie ungenutzte Anschlussbuchsen mit Schutzkappen, um die Schutzart IP65 sicherzustellen. â˘Legen Sie den Einsatzort so aus, dass die Verlustwärme abgeleitet werden kann. Montieren Sie das Druck- gussgehäuse an eine Metallplatte, KĂźhlkĂśrper oder ähnliches wärmeleitendes Material. â˘Durch Induktionseffekte an den Energiespulen kann sich das Gerät erhitzen. Halten Sie einen Mindest- abstand zu metallischen Gegenständen von 5 mm ein. In einem Abstand von 300 mm werden die Grenzwerte fĂźr die elektrische und magnetische Feldstärke erfĂźllt. Basierend auf der EU-Ratsempfehlung 1999/519/EG gilt dieser Abstand nach EN 62311 als Basisgrenzwert oder Referenzwert fĂźr die Sicherheit von Personen in elektromagnetischen Feldern. FĂźr Personen mit aktiven KĂśrperhilfsmitteln (wie z. B. Der Base-Koppler Ăźberträgt die Energie zum Remote-Koppler.
