The EUT has control levers to control the the receiver forward, backward, turn left and turn right. The circuit of the transmitter comprises of, 1. Encoding circuit Consisting: S2, S3, S4, S5, JP1 (TX-2) 2. RF Oscillator Consisting: Y1 (49.860MHz) 3. Amplifier and modulator Consisting: Q1, Q2 4. Filter Consisting: L3, C3, C6, C7 5. Power Supply Consisting: One 9.0V battery The transmitter uses an external, integral and non-detachable antenna. The nominal rated field strength is 69. 9dBuV/m @ 3m Production tolerance of field strength is +/- 3dB Antenna gain is 0dBi

The EUT is powered by a 9.0 V DC source (1 x โ9Vโ batteries). The EUT has 2 control levers to control the RC car left, right, forward and backward. After switching ON the EUT and the receiver of the RC Car, activating the control levers on the EUT can control the receiver moving forward, backward, left or right. Antenna Type: External integral antenna Antenna Gain: 0dBi Nominal rated field strength: 69.9dBฮผV/m at 3m Maximum allowed field strength of production tolerance: +/- 3dB According to the KDB 447498: Based on the Maximum allowed field strength of production tolerance was 72.9dBฮผV/m at 3m in frequency 49.860MHz, thus; The EIRP = [(FS*D) ^2*1000 / 30] = 0.0058mW Thus; Conducted power = Radiated Power (EIRP) โ Antenna Gain So; Conducted Power = 0.0058mW. The SAR Exclusion Threshold Level for 49.860MHz when the minimum test separation distance is < 50mm: = [474 * (1 + log100/f(MHz))]/2 = 308.6mW Since the above conducted output power is well below the SAR Exclusion Threshold level, so the EUT is considered to comply with SAR requirement without testing.
