ThemeasurementantennamayhavetobehigherorlowerthantheEUT,dependingontheradiation patternoftheemissionandstayingaimedattheemissionsourceforreceivingthemaximumsignal.The finalmeasurementantennaelevationshallbethatwhichmaximizestheemissions.Themeasurement antennaelevationformaximumemissionsshallberestrictedtoarangeofheightsoffrom1mto4m abovethegroundorreferencegroundplane. 7.Whentheradiatedemissionslimitsareexpressedintermsoftheaveragevalueoftheemissions,and pulsedoperationisemployed,themeasurementfieldstrengthshallbedeterminedbyaveragingoverone completepulsetrain,includingblankingintervals,aslongasthepulsetraindoesnotexceed0.1seconds.
