Therefore it has no User Manual. The following information will be included in the end product User Guide: FCC/Industry Canada notice This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC and Industry Canada Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: 1. This device may not cause harmful interference; and 2. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Le présent appareil est conforme aux CNR d'Industrie Canada applicables aux appareils radio exempts de licence. L'exploitation est autorisée aux deux conditions suivantes : (1) l'appareil ne doit pas produire de brouillage, et (2) l'utilisateur de l'appareil doit accepter tout brouillage radioélectrique subi, même si le brouillage est susceptible d'en compromettre le fonctionnement. FCC Radiation Exposure Statement This equipment complies with FCC and Industry Canada radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. End users must follow the specific operating instructions for satisfying exposure compliance. This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. NOTE: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by Novero could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. Label Information FCC/Industry Canada: If the module is installed inside host devices, then the outside of the device into which the module is installed must display a label referring to the enclosed module. ZORNBM-4 Modular Approval Checklist Copyright  2011 novero. All rights reserved. We, the applicant, request modular approval for above mentioned application. The modular transmitter complies with each of the following conditions: Modular approval requirement (i) The radio elements of the modular transmitter must have their own shielding. The physical crystal and tuning capacitors may be located external to the shielded radio elements. YES (ii) The modular transmitter must have buffered modulation/data inputs (if such inputs are provided) to ensure that the module will comply with part 15 requirements under conditions of excessive data rates or over- modulation. YES (iii) The modular transmitter must have its own power supply regulation. YES (iv) The modular transmitter must comply with the antenna and transmission system requirements of §§15.203, 15.204(b) and 15.204(c). The antenna must either be permanently attached or employ a “unique” antenna coupler (at all connections between the module and the antenna, including the cable). The “professional installation” provision of §15.203 is not applicable to modules but can apply to limited modular approvals under paragraph (b) of this section. YES (v) The modular transmitter must be tested in a stand-alone configuration, i.e., the module must not be inside another device during testing for compliance with part 15 requirements. YES (vi) The modular transmitter must be equipped with either a permanently affixed label or must be capable of electronically displaying its FCC identification number. YES (vii) The modular transmitter must comply with any specific rules or operating requirements that ordinarily apply to a complete transmitter and the manufacturer must provide adequate instructions along with the module to explain any such requirements. A copy of these instructions must be included in the application for equipment authorization. YES (viii) The modular transmitter must comply with any applicable RF exposure requirements in its final configuration. YES
