Programing of selected shades to certain address programable channels is performed in accordance with specific shade directions. FCC COMPLIANCE Warning: Changes or modifications to this device not expressly approved by Qmotion™Incorporated could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. • Increase the separation between the equipment and the receiver. • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. INDUSTRY CANADA COMPLIANCE Under Industry Canada regulations, this radio transmitter may only operate using an antenna of a type and maximum (or lesser) gain approved for the transmitter by Industry Canada. To reduce potential radio interference to other users, the antenna type and its gain should be so chosen that the equivalent isotropically radiated power (e.i.r.p.) is not more than that necessary for successful communication. This device complies with Industry Canada license-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.

5015 B. U. Bowman Dr. Buford, GA 30518 December 23, 2013 ACS TCB 5015 B.U. Bowman Drive Buford, GA 30518 Re: FCC ID: 2ABLX-433B96D570 To Whom It May Concern: The following application is submitted on behalf of our client, Qmotion Incorporated, for evaluation of their models QAR-433, QAD-433, QAS-433, QFR-433, QFD-433, and QFS-433 for certification under FCC Part 15.231. The QAR-433, QAD-433, QAS-433, QFR-433, QFD-433, and QFS-433 are programmed remotes used for controlling QMotion shades. This family of remotes consists of different types of buttons for various purposes, such as raising and lowering wireless window shades. The button data is encrypted and modulated onto a 433.92MHz carrier in the form of OOK for AM or FSK for FM. The internal electronics do not change for the different shade types, the differences are what modulation scheme is required and which type of shade system is required. The only change electrically for the remote is which modulation type is used. The model name designation is the first letter of each model name is the company identifier “Q”, the second letter identified is the modulation type “A” am(ASK) or “F” fm(FSK), and the third letter identifies the type of shade that is used with “D” drapery, “R” roller, or “S” venetian/honeycomb. More detail of the different housing appearances is included in the Theory of Operation exhibit contained in this filing. The QAR-433 and QFR-433 were tested in full (with respect to the transceiver) to the requirements of the aforementioned rules and was found to be in compliance. These two models are representative of all electrically identical models contained in this filing. Sincerely, Sam Wismer Vice President, Technology Advanced Compliance Solutions, Inc.
