Condeco User Manual for 10.1” Screen NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: -- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. -- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. -- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. -- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. A standard POE (48V) network connection. 2. A network cable. Start with 10.1” screen: Connect the POE network cable to RJ45 connector at the back of the screen to power it up. Page 5 of 9 Condeco Hardware Section To book a meeting room: 1. Once it has powered on, the Resource ID screen will comes up. Key in the Resource ID on the touch screen and then press Confirm button. 2. Press the time display on the screen to choose when you want to use the meeting room. Page 6 of 9 Condeco Hardware Section 3. The time you have chosen will be highlighted in yellow. Press Confirm button. 4. Swipe the RFID card at bottom centre of the display panel, or key in the pin on the touch screen to book the meeting room. Page 7 of 9 Condeco Hardware Section 5. Once it has been successfully booked, the time bar on the screen will become red. To Start the Meeting: 1. Press Start on the touch screen. Page 8 of 9 Condeco Hardware Section 2. Enter pin or swipe the RFID card on the screen to start the meeting. 3. If you have finished using meeting room before the time run out, you can end the meeting to free the room by press End button on the screen.
