In addition to using Zero Emission Camera receiver, it is strongly recommended that an adult checks on your baby directly, on a regular basis. Premature babies or children considered to be at risk should be monitored by your pediatrician or a health professional. - Never go away from your baby outside the house, even a short moment. - The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited. - For best performance of your babyphone, and to reduce any interference, we recommend you do not plug any other electrical appliance into the same socket as your babyphone (do not use multiple socket outlets). - RISK OF STRANGULATION. Children can be strangled by electrical cords. Because of the serious risk of strangulation for babies and young children, parents and guardians must NEVER place the baby’s unit within 3 feet (1 metre) of the child’s bed. - Never place the baby’s unit in the bed or play area. WARNING! Strangulation hazard! Keep cords out of the reach of children (more than 0,9 m / 2,9 feet away) due to risk of strangulation. - Ensure that nothing can fall on the baby’s unit, and that liquids are not spilled on the baby’s unit. It must be assembled by an adult. When unpacking and assembling this product, ensure small parts are kept out of children’s reach. - Pay close attention to these warnings. All of these warnings and these instructions for use must be followed to the letter. ZERO EMISSION CAMERA RECEIVER • Instructions for use 4 • Use only the mains adaptor provided. Using other adaptors may damage the Zero Emission Camera receiver. • Unplug the mains adaptor from the outlet when not using the receiver. • The Zero Emission Camera receiver works best in a temperature range of 15,8 °F to 122 °F. • Do not expose the Zero Emission Camera receiver to direct sunlight for extended amounts of time, or place it next to a heat source, or in a very damp or dusty room. • Do not disassemble the device: it contains no parts that can be used on their own. • Ensure you ALWAYS check on your baby when the alarm sounds. • ALWAYS place the baby’s unit in a vertical position on a flat surface, and leave enough space around it for good ventilation. DO NOT place it on a chair, pillow, bed, etc. which might impede proper ventilation. • Cleaning - Unplug all units before cleaning. Do not immerse ANY part of the baby’s unit in a liquid. To clean the baby’s unit, wipe with a dry cloth only. • Do NOT spray any cleaner or solvent on the unit. • Ventilation – Do NOT obstruct the ventilation openings. Ensure proper ventilation when the units are in operation. Do NOT cover the baby’s unit with an object such as a blanket. Do NOT place in a drawer or other place that might dampen sounds or impede good air circulation. • Cases and electrical parts may be damaged by heat. • Protecting the electrical cord - Cords must be positioned in such a way that they are not stepped on or pinched. • Unplug the unit during thunderstorms, or when not used for long periods of time. • Maintenance and repair – Do NOT attempt to repair this product yourself. By opening or removing covers (except battery covers), you may expose yourself to shock or other risks. • Introduction of liquids or objects - NEVER insert any object in the slots in the case as they could touch live points or cause a short circuit, which could cause a risk of fire or electric shock. • NEVER pour any liquids on the product. Warning: Changes or modifications to this unit not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
