Functional Use The LotTrack LPR LF (LPR LF) is mounted to a load port of an equipment. When a cassette with an ID card is placed on a load port, the LPR LF detects the passive RFID tag of the ID Card attached to the cassette and sends the ID to the LotTrack System Figure 1: LotTrack LPR LF Technical Specifications of the LotTrack LPR LF: Connectors Ext1 (input or output) 8 pin connector Power RS422 Ext2 (input or output) 8 pin connector Power RS422 External LF antenna MMCX Digital Input Diagnostic use only RFID – LF Transponder / Technology Hitag S Frequency 125 kHz Transmit Output Power < 1 mW Antenna Type External Modulation OOK (on-off keying) Sensors Distance sensor ToF - Time of Flight Indicators Status LED 1x Red / Green Energy Power supply External DC Nominal supply voltage 5 V DC Voltage range 4.5 – 5.5 V DC Current consumption Max. 350 mA @ 5 VDC Evironmental Operating temperature 10°C ... +40°C © Intellion 2026 Page 4/7 Storage temperature 0°C ... +60°C Physical Dimension 66 x 30 x 15 mm Weight 15 g Material Makrolon 2456 - transparent Mounting different aluminium mounting rails 2. General handling instructions Important Notice: Before starting to use the LPR LF in the fab, carefully read all general handling and user instructions documented in this section. General terms of use for cleaning, storage and transport of the LPR LF: The LPR LF is intended to be solely used indoor when implemented in a fab. Gently wipe the surface using a clean room compliant towel that is moistened with Isopropanol. Do not spray the Isopropanol directly on the LPR LF. Do not use sharp devices for cleaning. Do not drop, kick or throw the LPR LF. Do not hit the LPR LF against surfaces of e.g. desks, push-cards or equipment, nor impose strong mechanical pressure, e.g. on the antennas. Do not expose the LPR LF to water or other liquids, varnishes, gases, heat or steam. Do not open the LPR LF. For storage and transport, only use the recommended storage and transport devices for the LPR LF. All storage and transport devices shall be kept clean before use; the environment shall be kept dry. Do not install or place the LPR LF near sources of strong electromagnetic fields and/or strong ultrasound sources. 3. Compliance Information 3.1 USA: Regulatory Notes This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Class B digital device. A digital device that is marketed for use in a residential environment notwithstanding use in commercial, business and industrial environments. Examples of such devices include, but are not limited to, personal computers, calculators, and similar electronic devices that are marketed for use by the general public. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection © Intellion 2026 Page 5/7 against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: - Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. - Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. - Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. - Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. CAUTION: Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the grantee of this device could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. RF exposure warning This equipment must be installed and operated in accordance with provided instructions and the antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. End-users and installers must be provide with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Important: This equipment may only be operated indoors. Operation outdoors is in violation of 47 U.S.C. 301 and could subject the operator to serious legal penalties according to Part 15.517 (f). 3.2 Europe: Declaration of Conformity (DoC) [Name of manufacturer] = Intellion AG [designation of type of radio equipment] = LPR LF (Type: STD) [Your web site address] = www.intellion.com/en/eu-doc/ BG С настоящото [Name of manufacturer] декларира, че този тип…
