The equipment PCS 1900 S2000L BTS, Nortel Model number NTQA28AA is currently under examination by the FCC for Certification as a Part 24 device. The product which is being certified operates from a power supply voltage of 220 VAC. The enclosed test report shows that it is also compliant with the FCC part 24 requirements when operating from a power supply voltage of 110 VAC, and this modification is being submitted as a Class II Permissive Change. As you are aware, our PCS 1900 BTS products do not meet the required FCC emissions limits at the band edge channels due to the inherent GSM modulation technique. Our S2000L BTS will have the edge channels completely blocked off or reduced in power by 6 dB to meet the FCC Limits.
