Will need internals. 2. How is the pc (JBC) portion of the EUT being authorized? If certification, please provide the Part 15B test report. If DoC, does the FCC ID label also show the FCC DoC logo? This is going to be a DoC. 3. Please explain how the EUT complies with the FCC 3G Test Procedure. What RC/SO combinations are available? Which RC/SO combination was used for the EMC tests? This information should be in the EMC Report. The EUT was evaluated for all RC/SO, EvDO combinations. Per the module test report (reference additional module test report dated October 24, 2006) and per the re-scan of the ERP/EIRP levels the EVDO FTAP yielded the worst case configuration for ERP/EIRP and Spurious Radiated emissions. This information has been added to the EUT Description section of the test report. 4. Please modify the MPE Report, clarifying that it is applicable to this particular application (per my conversation with Greg S.). The MPE document has been revised to clarify that the MPE testing is only for the MC-5720 module installed in the ML900. 5. Please demonstrate/verify that the EUT’s antenna(s) are located at least 20 cm from the bottom of the pc (a photo is best). All antennas with the exception of the Bluetooth are located more than 20cm from the bottom of the PC.
