Algonquin Rd., Schaumburg, Il , herein submits application for Certification of the subject transmitter. This transmitter is primarily intended for use in a portable radio application with capabilities for conventional communications with a conducted transmit power which is adjustable from 1.0 Watts (+30 dBm) to 6.0 Watts (+37.78dBm). We are requesting Certification under Part 90, 90.210 and part 90.210(e) of the Commission’s Rules to allow operation of this equipment in 40MHz – 520MHz MHz.
