RF Exposure The Motorola Remote Speaker Microphone (RSM) is a wireless RSM that performs and functions like a traditional remote speaker microphone. The Motorola RSM is a portable transceiver, which by design operates at less than 5cm from a personβs body. The Motorola RSM has a maximum EIRP of 4.5dBm or 2.8mW and is well within 100mW limit.
