Declaration on radiation safety standard conformance To whom it may concern: Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd. 1-1 Sanyo-cho Daito City Osaka 574-8534 Japan declares that the following product FCC ID : AEZCPE-400-2C0 Model number : CPE-400-2C0 Description : W-CDMA Subscriber Terminal Equipment class : Licensed non-broadcast station transmitter has a maximum e.r.p. of 25.1 dBm (324 mW) in the frequency range of 698 - 716 MHz. The prediction of the power density at 20 cm distance of the radiating structures of the product can be calculated as follows (in accordance with OET Bulletin 65 (edition 97-01), page 19, equation 4): S = EIRP / (4*π * R 2 ) S = EIRP / (4* π *R 2 ) = 324 mW / (4 * π *(20cm) 2 ) = 0.064 mW/cm 2 (limit = 0.48 mW/cm 2 ) This means that the product as defined above fulfills the requirements on power density for general population/uncontrolled exposure with reference to table 1 (B) of 47 CFR Part 1.1310 where the limit for power density in the frequency range of 300 ñ 1500 MHz has been set to f/1500 mW/cm 2 ( = 716/1500 mW/cm 2 = 0.48 mW/ cm 2 ).
