This device is in compliance with Part 15, Subpart B of the FCC Rules. The subject device is a Color Flatbed Image Scanner with one USB and Parallel interface ports that supports resolution settings up to 9600dpi x 9600dpi. This scanner is marketed with such features as: (1) ASIC type M010 image data processor that operate at 24 MHz; (2) USB and Parallel input ports, Printer Parallel output port, ADF jack for Automatic Document Feeder; (3) one of three AC Adaptors by Kentex type KA18-150; LSE type LSE9801B15 and Bestec type BPA-201S-15 with only Bestec AC Adaptor provided with DC cable with one bonded ferrite core; and (4) 1.5m shielded interface cable with one bonded ferrite core. This EUT was system tested in both USB and Parallel interface modes of operation and with all three AC Adaptors and in accordance with ANSI C63.4-1992 to show compliance with CISPR Pub 22 Class B limits.
