Owner's Manual Your RadioShack Rocking PT Cruiser is built to handle the road with style, whether the road is the hallway in your house or the sidewalk outside. Built to 11/12 scale, your car can reach speeds of up to 650 feet per minute. You can cruise the sidewalks of your neighborhood speeding forward or backward, rocking from side to side, bouncing, the rear of the car up and down, and turning sharp corners. You need the following items (not supplied) to power your car: ̇one 9V battery for the transmitter ̇at least one 9.6 volt rechargeable battery pack for the car ̇one battery pack charger THE FCC WANTS YOU TO KNOW NOTE: The manufacturer is not responsible for any radio or TV interference caused by unauthorized modifications to this equipment. Such modifications could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. INSTALLING BATTERIES In the Transmitter The transmitter requires one 9-volt battery. For the best performance and longest life, we recommend a alkaline battery. 1. Slide ON/OFF on the transmitter to OFF. 2. Press the tab on the battery compartment cover and open the cover. 3. Place a battery in the battery compartment according to the polarity symbols (+ and -) marked inside. 4. Close the cover. Note: When the transmitter's range decreases, replace its battery. In The Car The car requires one 9.6-volt rechargeable battery pack for power. You must charge a rechargeable battery pack before you can use it to power your car. To charge it, follow the battery charger's instructions. 1. Slide ON/OFF on the bottom of the car to OFF. 2. Use a coin to turn the battery compartment cover's latches clockwise until they stop. Then lift off the cover. 3. Put the battery pack in the compartment with the battery pack's connector on the same side as the car's matching connector. 4. Attach the battery pack's white connector to the car's matching connector. Do not force them! They only fit together one way. 5. Replace the cover and turn the latches counterclockwise until they stop. Be sure the connectors and wires do not touch the car's moving parts. If the car loses power or does not respond to the transmitter, recharge the battery pack. Note: Occasionally, let the battery pack fully discharge before recharging it. Otherwise the battery pack may lose ability to fully charge. DRIVING THE ROCKING PT CRUISER Right Control Lever Push left to move left. Push right to move right. Release to go straight. Left Control Lever Push forward to move forward. Push back to move backward. Release to stop Press one time to get a music ,blink lights on the back view of the car and also with the vibrates motion, if you press again then you will get another music. The car provides two music for you to choose. Press one time for star the music, blinking lights and vibrate motion. Press again then will stop all the function.

FCC ID: GLE136039T REPORT #: S\SUNCONGLE\207HT2\207H2TESTREPORT.DOC PAGE #: 2 OF 5 TEST PROCEDURE GENERAL: This report shall NOT be reproduced except in full without the written approval of TIMCO ENGINEERING, INC. RADIATION INTERFERENCE: The test procedure used was ANSI STANDARD C63.4-1992 using a HEWLETT PACKARD spectrum analyzer with a prese- lector. The bandwidth of the spectrum analyzer was 100 kHz with an appropriate sweep speed. The analyzer was calibrated in dB above a microvolt at the output of the antenna. The resolution bandwidth was 100 kHz and the video bandwidth was 300 kHz. The ambient temperature of the UUT was 80°C with a humidity of 37%. FORMULA OF CONVERSION FACTORS: The Field Strength at 3m was estab- lished by adding the meter reading of the spectrum analyzer (which is set to read in units of dBuV) to the antenna correction factor sup- plied by the antenna manufacturer. The antenna correction factors are stated in terms of dB. The gain of the Preselector was accounted for in the Spectrum Analyzer Meter Reading. Example: Freq (MHz) METER READING + ACF = FS 33 20 dBuV + 10.36 dB = 30.36 dBuV/m @ 3m ANSI STANDARD C63.4-1992 10.1.7 MEASUREMENT PROCEDURES: The unit under test was placed on a table 80 cm high and with dimensions of 1m by 1.5m. The table used for radiated measurements is capable of continuous rotation. When an emission was found, the table was rotated to produce the maximum signal strength. At this point, the antenna was raised and lowered from 1 m to 4 m. The antenna was placed in both the horizontal and vertical planes. APPLICANT: SUNCON TOYS INDUSTRY LTD. TEST PROCEDURE: The procedure used was ANSI STANDARD C63.4-1992. The spectrum was scanned from 30 MHz to 1000 MHz. When an emission was found, the table was rotated to produce the maximum signal strength. The antenna was placed in both the horizontal and vertical planes and the worse case emissions were reported. The UUT was tested in 3 orthogonal planes. TEST RESULTS: THE UNIT DOES MEET THE FCC REQUIREMENTS. PERFORMED BY: JOSEPH SCOGLIO DATE: MARCH 15, 20002 APPLICANT: SUNCON TOYS INDUSTRY LTD.
