MARCH 21, 2007 Equipment Authorization Division Federal Communications Commission 7435 Oakland Mills Road Columbia, MD 21046 FCC ID: H4JUT-4E500 Product Name: MT-4E T-Band TRANSMITTER Compliance with 47 CFR Part 90.203 (g), (j)(3) Pursuant to 47 CFR Sections 90.203(g) and (j)(3) of the commission’s rules we hereby certify that the above listed transmitter is fully compliant with these guidelines for the following listed reasons. The UT-4E450 transmit frequency is capable of being programmed within the range of 470 to 512 MHz via an external USB connection and Radio Services Software (RSS) package, which is made available only to service and/or maintenance personnel. The narrowband setting of this equipment operates from 0.5 to 8 Watts and meets a spectrum efficiency standard of one voice channel per 12.5 kHz of channel bandwidth in analog transmit mode. In the digital transmit mode, the equipment supports the minimum data rate of 9600 bits per second per 12.5 kHz of channel bandwidth.
