Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. End-users must be provided with specific information required to satisfy RF exposure compliance for all final host devices. The antenna(s) of the device must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. Approval is limited to OEM installation only. OEM integrators must be provided with antenna installation instructions. OEM integrators and end-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This grant is valid only when the device is sold to OEM integrators and the OEM integrators are instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. Only those antenna(s) tested with the device or similar antenna(s) with equal or lesser gain may be used with this transmitter. Operations in the 5.15-5.25GHz band are restricted to indoor usage only.
This device complies with the Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) requirements of Report and Order FCC 03-287 as a Client only without Radar Detection.
