Test Report

Report No :23020247JKA-001 FCC ID:K44513201 ISED CN and UPN:282F-513201 10.3Field Strength of Spurious Radiation :FCC Part 2 Section 1053 (a), Part 22 Section 359, Part 90 Section 210 RSS-119 Section 5.8 :ANSI/TIA-603-E Section 2.2.12.2 / RSS-119 Section 4.2 ANSI C63.26 Section 5.5 1The EUT and test equipment were set up as shown on the following page. 2Adjust the spectrum analyzer for the following setting: a) RBW : 100 kHz (< 1 GHz), 1 MHz (> 1 GHz). b) VBW : 300 kHz (< 1 GHz), 3 MHz (> 1 GHz). c) Detector mode : Positive Peak 3The transmitter was placed on a wooden turntable, and it was transmitting into non-radiating load which was also placed on the turntable. 4The measurement antenna was placed at a distance of 3 meters from the EUT. During the tests, the antenna height and polarization as well as EUT azimuth were varied in order to identify the maximum level of emissions from the EUT. The test was performed by placing the EUT on 3-orthogonal axis. 5The frequency range up to tenth harmonic of the fundamental frequency was investigated. 6Remove the EUT and replace it with substitution antenna. A signal generator was connected to the substitution antenna by a non-radiating cable. The absolute levels of the spurious emissions were measured by the substitution. 7Spurious emissions in dB = 10 Log (TX power in Watts/0.001) – the absolute level Measuring Equipments No.EquipmentManufactureModel No.Serial No. 1HUBER+SUHNER1YDec. 22, 23 2Dummy LoadTME1YDec. 25, 23 3Signal GeneratorRohde&Schwarz1YJun. 05, 23 4Agilent1YNov. 07, 23 5Schwarzbeck1YJun. 28, 23 6D.R.G Antenna(TX)Schwarzbeck1YApr. 04, 23 7Schwarzbeck1YMay. 17, 23 8Dipole Antenna(TX)Schwarzbeck1YMay. 17, 23 9Tri-log Antenna(RX)Schwarzbeck1YSep. 13, 23 10DC Power Supply Daiichi denpa kogyo NoneNone 11Digital Multi Meter FLUKE 1Y Jun. 30, 23 12AmplifierTOYO1YSep. 19, 23 13AttenuatorHUBER + SUHNER1YSep. 19, 23 14AmplifierIntertek Japan1YFeb. 17, 24 15AttenuatorTAMAGAWA1YFeb. 17, 24 16RF SwitchIntertek Japan1YFeb. 17, 24 Dipole Antenna(TX) A00040805 002 6803.17.B ZX60-3018G REGULATIONS TEST METHOD/GUIDE Test Procedure Spectrum Analyzer / Receiver GZV4000 8846A TPA0118-30 9642018 0303 5111 ACX-150-1A12301501 D.R.G Antenna(RX) Attenuator(10dB) Cal. Output power is listed as conducted and is continuously variable between 1 and 40 Watts. Repeater mode operation of this device is restricted to pair channels in a single band with the signal received from another station or device on one frequency retransmitted on a different frequency. This device must be restricted to work-related operations only in an Occupational/Controlled RF exposure environment and must operate with a duty factor not exceeding 50% for 40W operating mode and 100% for 25W operating mode. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 130cm from all persons for the 40W, 50% for push-to-talk operating mode and 145cm from all persons for the 25W, 100% for repeater operating mode. The antenna used for this transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. End-users must be provided with transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The antenna used for this transmitter must not be greater than 0 dBd. This device must be restricted to work related operations in an Occupational/Controlled RF exposure Environment. All qualified end-users of this device must have the knowledge to control their exposure conditions and/or duration to comply with Occupational /Controlled RF Exposure limit and requirements. A label, as described in this filing, must be displayed on the device to direct users to specific training information for meeting Occupational Exposure Requirements and users must be provided with the training information.
