Please note that further comments may arise in response to answers provided to the questions below. 1. Please note that in the document explaining the intent of reuse of test results you state that certain circuitry is not in this version and that certain mechanical differences exist (i.e. no camera hole etc). Please note that one of the tests suggested to be reused is the spurious emissions test. Please note that the spurious emissions test data deals with how the ‘box’ does or does not radiate. As there are component as well as hardware differences between this and the device originally tested, please explain why spurious emissions should not be tested in the new device and please explain why spurious emissions from a device with physical differences mentioned would apply. For example, what steps were taken to determine that the missing WCDMA components and the missing camera and front cover camera hole did not cause unexpected emissions? 2. The same question for the BT and 15B radiated emissions tests exists as with the above. Please explain.
