The statement required by FCC 15.19(a)(3) is not included on the product, but since the device is so small, in accordance with 15.19(a)(5) you are allowed to place this statement in the Users Manual. Please either modify the label on the product or the Users manual to include the statement required by FCC 15.19(a)(3) and submit that document for inclusion into this application. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of the original e-mail date may result in application dismissal and forfeiture of the filing fee. Also, please note that partial responses increase processing time and should not be submitted.
