Operating frequency should be 5180MHz ~5320 MHz and 5500 to 5700MHz. at page 5. Please correct. 3. FCC ID shown on the label is out of focus. Please provide a better one. 4. Internal photos shows Bluetooth and 3G antenna on the display channel, which are not supported by this device. Please remove them from this device. 5. DFS test report: Please follow the FCC new requirement on the following testing: –Channel Move Time: < 10 sec. •Bin 6 (Long Pulse) –sweep approximately 22 sec Please note that sweep 22 sec on the page 20 of the test report should be for Radar type 6, but not Radar type 5. That’s why microwave oven is operating in this frequency band. The manufacturer whose product is working in this frequency band is obligatory to prove the harmfulness of his product. In this document, we try to prove the safety of radiation harmfulness to the human body for our product. The limit for Maximum Permissible Exposure (MPE) specified in FCC 1.1310 is followed. The Gain of the antenna used in this product is measured in a Fully Anechoic Chamber (FAC), and the maximum total power input to the antenna is measured. Through the Friis transmission formula and the maximum gain of the antenna, we can calculate the distance, away from the product, where the limit of MPE is reached. 2 Classification The antenna of the product, under normal use condition, is at least 20cm away from the body of the user. Warning statement for keeping 20cm separation distance and the prohibition of operating next to a person has been printed on the user’s manual. So, this product is classified as the Fixed use Device 3 RF Exposure Limit According to FCC 1.1310: The criteria listed in the following table shall be used to evaluate the environmental impact of human exposure to radio-frequency (RF) radiation as specified in 1.1307(b). So, the user has no need to worry about the harmfulness of radiation. But it is recommended to always keep, at least, 20cm separation distance with the antenna.

This setup provided a 50ohm/50mH coupling impedance for the measuring equipment. The auxiliary equipment will place in secondary LISN. 10.3.3 Both sides (Line and Neutral) of AC line are checked for maximum conducted interference. In order to find the maximum emission, the relative positions of equipment and all of the interface cables must be changed according to ANSI C63.4/2003 on conducted measurement. 10.4 Test Result PASS. There are no “ad-hoc” or “peer-to-peer” mode for this device (please refer the declaration letter). Associating peripheral: The device was set up to associate with the master device (Model Name:AIR-AP1242AG-A-K9). 11.2.3 The maximum EIRP of this device is 22.48 dBm from UNII band. This device doesn’t exceed 27dBm EIRP, so no transmit power control is implemented. 11.2.4 Below are the available 50 ohm antenna assemblies and their corresponding gains. 0dBi gain was used to set the -61dBm threshold level (-62dBm+1dB) during calibration of the conducted test setup. 11.3 Operating mode Performance was measured at an active frequency of 5320 and 5520MHz. One laptop PC is connected to the AP via a wire Ethernet connection. A separate laptop PC is used as a host computer for the Station. The AP and the Station transmit output levels are set to normal operating condition. System architectures were used under IP based mode. The statistical performance check will be verified utilizing all radar type. 11.4.2 For a Client Device without DFS, the channel move time and channel closing transmission time requirements will be verified with one short pulse radar type.
