Keys: Number0~9,C,AC,Send,, G1 G2 Fun Read : To enter “function menu”. : To page other staff pagers (optional). : indicates calling time that how long does it take that guest returned after they paged. : indicates the waiting number of guest : indicates the waiting time after the guest place order : indicates guests called the number 2 LCD Display Standby screen Waiting pagers’ numbers Waiting time Indicates the time for the guest to get back after being paged 0LQ [ The number being paged 0LQ [ For example, give pager No.2 to the guest, No.2 will be shown on the display. 3 System set up Perform the following steps to prepare your All-in-One system & AL-A07 pagers for operation: 1. Connect All-in-One transmitter with power adapter. 2. Lock the antenna to the transmitter. 3. Place all AL-A07 pagers into the charging slots. Make sure all the pagers are pushed all the way to the end until you hear “click”. The solid LED red light indicates that the pager is placed in the charger properly. Calling Pagers Manual Programming You can program the pager numbers manually. All the pagers will be assigned with a new number in sequence. 1. Place all the pagers in the charging slots properly. 2. Press and hold key “1” and turn on power. 3. Enter password “456” and press “Send” to enter programming mode. 4. After programming is complete, all the pagers will be assigned with a new number in sequence (depends on the number of pagers placed in the charger). To call a pager, simply press the pager number you would like to call, then press “SEND”. *Once the pager has been taken out the charger, the AIO will send a signal to alert the pager, confirming the pager is working. Operation 4 G1 G2 AC C Fun Read SEND MSG 1 G1 G2 AC C Fun Read SEND MSG SENDING MESSAGE... For example, to call pager No.1, press “1 + SEND”. Pager No.1 will alert. “1” will be shown on the “last page number” and the “last paged time” starts counting. After the guest returned the pager, just put the pager back on the charger. The AIO will detect and delete the pager’s number from the display. It will also show how long it took the guest to get back after paging them. 0LQ [ Operation 5 Operation Turning Off Pagers 1. Note: The pagers are automatically turned off when placing in the charging slots. The pagers are also turned off when the AIO is off. Finding Pagers You can use the “FIND PAGER” function to locate pagers. Enter function menu and select “2. FIND PAGER”. Press “SEND” and all the pagers (not on charging) will be paged. Press “AC” to exit. There are 4 types of alert (A, B, C & D) can be set. You can modify and assign different types of alert through our programming software. 1. Press “Fun.” Key to enter function menu. Select “3. ALERT TYPE” then press “SEND”. 2. Move the cursor to select the alert type and press “SEND” to confirm. Press “AC” to exit function menu. The pagers will alert according to the selected alert type.
