MiniMax II Manual Preliminary version Start read button Display 32 characters (2x16) FDX-B Transponde How to operate the MiniMax II : MiniMax II A00 ready Ö „ Push the start read button once Software version The display indicates : „ Point the top of the MiniMax II close to the transponder „ Push the start read button once *reading* The display indicates : Alpha country code according to ISO3166, ISO11784/5 „ If a Transponder is present The display indicates : Country : CHE 276098101420465 Id code number according to ISO11784/5 „ If a Transponder is not read The display indicates : Tag not found ready Ö „ If the MiniMax is left at power on and not used for more than 90 sec. It will beep and indicate a battery sign on the display. When the battery voltage is less than 7 Volts the reader after 3 seconds turn off. If the display indicates: Battery low Replace the battery with a 9 Volts block battery Alkaline or Lithium. Another type of battery will not function properly. INFORMATION TO USER This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules.
