Power listed is ERP for part 22/27 and EIRP for part 24. For body-worn operation, this device has been tested and meets the FCC RF exposure guidelines when used with an accessory that contains no metal and that positions the handset a minimum of 1cm from the users body. End-users must be informed of the body-worn operating requirements for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The highest reported SAR values for head, body-worn accessory, product specific (wireless router), and simultaneous transmission conditions are 0.50W/kg, 0.63W/kg, 1.01W/kg, and 0.93W/kg, respectively. This device contains functions that are not operational in U.S. Territories. This filing is only applicable for U.S. operations. HAC Ratings: M3 T3 2007
