User’s Manual This device complies with part 18 of the FCC rules. 1 Use only on 120V/60HZ. 2 Never disassemble or modify - any changes could void the user's authority to operate this device. 3 Not for use in totally enclosed fixtures. 4 Risk of electric shock-do not use with where directly exposed to water.. 5 This device is not intended for use with emergency exit lights. 6 This product could produce interference when used near a TV, radio, wireless remote control or maritime safety communications or other critical navigation or communication equipment operating between 0.45-30 MHZ. If interference should occur, move the lamp away from the appliance a distance of three feet or more. Or, plug the lamp or the appliance into a different outlet. 7 To prevent burns, do not touch the bulb during operation or immediately after switching off 8 Not for use with dimmers, electronic timer or photocell devices or occupancy sensor. 9 It dose not start up when placed below -15°C. 10 “Added weight any cause instability of free –standing portable lamps. Use only with portable lamps in which the distance from the bottom of the base to the top of the lamp holder does not exceed three (3) times minimum base width. Use only with portable table lamps which are provided with lamp shades.”
