What is the Universal Pendant? Your Universal Pendant allows you to press a button to generate an alarm call from your home base unit when you need help. Intended use This device is intended to enable a user in a non-medical setting to request assistance by providing a method of activating their home base unit, from within the operating range, in the event of a potential medical emergency What is in the package? The package contains this user guide, a Universal Pendant, a neck chain and a wrist strap. How It Works: Press the button on the Universal Pendant to send a message to the base unit.
