You now own one of the most advanced electronic point-of-sale (POS) terminals manufactured today. This manual provides basic installation instructions. To fully utilize the features of your NURIT 8000, and for general safety purposes, it is recommended that you familiarize yourself with this manual, the terminal and any peripheral equipment or accessories. If there are additional labels specified on the Product Chart, they are to be attached to the base of the Terminal as shown below. 8.4 Assembler’s Checks: After completing the assembly, the following checks must be performed: 8.4.1 Connect the Terminal to the power with a Power Supply/Battery and verify that the Terminal functions. 8.4.2 Verify that the Terminal is free of scratches and defects. 8.4.3 Verify that the Barcode Label accompanying the Terminal corresponds to the Barcode Label on the back of the Terminal Q.A. must monitor the procedure.
