Boomer III OEM Modem Module (FCC ID PQS-BM3900M) with an internal Mars Antennas & RF Systems Ltd. embedded Mobitex 900 MHz antenna (Model: MA89940VOMML, 0 dBi gain). The incorporated radio is identical in design and construction to the original; no changes were made on the radio. Thus, in this application, to demonstrate compliance with FCC Part 90, Ultratech Engineering Labs Inc. will provides test reports addressing the RF Power Output, Emission Mask, Field Strength of Spurious Radiation and SAR for compliance with ยง 2.1093. For all other required tests pertaining to FCC Part 90 please refer to Wavenet Technology Pty Ltd. Test Report. Product name description for certification filings: Lipman Electronic Engineering Ltd's NURIT 8010 is being marketing under two brand names "NURIT 8010" and "NURIT 8000" in different markets, for marketing reasons only. In most markets it will be sold as a "NURIT 8000". The marketing name appearing on the terminal may be followed by additional designations ("NURIT 8000S", "NURIT 8000Secure", "NURIT 8000SVP", etc.). These designations, when present, indicate to the customer whether certain security features are present, such as protection of secret encryption keys, and whether security-related approvals have been received. The electronics are equivalent regardless of the suffix, which is included for marketing purposes and clarity only. Regardless of the name appearing on the device, the product code which appears with the terminal's serial number is always "8010-" followed by specific option designators. The operating frequency range of the device is fixed in the modem firmware at the time of manufacture and cannot be changed by the user. The frequency band is restricted to that permitted by the FCC. The transmit output power and duty cycle is fixed in the modem firmware at the time of manufacture and cannot be changed by the user. The output power level is measured and fixed using calibrated test equipment to the approved level of 33dBm maximum. The duty cycle is limited to 30% maximum.
